EPEC PLAY Pre-K

A physical activity curriculum designed for preschool children ages 3-5, and a precursor to EPEC Moves K-5, this program introduces young learners to fundamental movement skills through developmentally appropriate activities that foster physical literacy.

Designed for early childhood educators to implement in the classroom, EPEC Play PreK uses play-based learning to help children develop movement competence, confidence, and a love of physical activity. The program emphasizes exploration, creativity, and fun while building essential motor skills that prepare children for lifelong healthy habits.

Integrated nutrition concepts help children understand the connection between food and physical activity, while self-regulation skills are incorporated to enhance emotional awareness.
