This K–5 Specialized Movements expansion pack adds a unique set of activities to EPEC Moves by focusing on non‑locomotor skills and striking with long‑handled implements across both K–2 and 3–5 grade bands.

This expansion contains 16 lessons, inviting students to explore balance, bending, stretching, twisting, stability, and controlled striking tasks that reinforce hand‑eye coordination, enhance motor skills, and encourage creative self‑expression through movement.

Developed in partnership with National Dance Society and intentionally aligned with SHAPE America National Physical Education Standards for grades K-5, this expansion pack gives PE teachers ready-to-teach digital lesson plans and adaptable activities to help students develop coordination, body awareness, and creative rhythmic expression. Lessons engage students in exploration of movement elements, creatively approaching balance, and moving in response to stories.
