Taste, Move, Learn

Taste, Move, Learn (TML) is a suite of educational programs that support sustained health behavior change across the lifespan. Each age-appropriate program offers flexible resources that encourage meaningful participation, celebrate personal choice, and empower participants to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Why should I use Taste, Move, Learn?

TML programs empower learners of all ages; from elementary-aged children, teens, adults, older adults, and those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Each program is thoughtfully designed with its audience’s unique needs, learning preferences, and lived experiences in mind.
Grounded in evidence-based practices, TML programs provide educators with flexible tools that can be adapted to classrooms, after-school programs, community spaces, and more; meeting learners where they are and empowering them to live healthier lives.
Through active and experiential lessons, TML programs promote nutrition and physical activity in ways that encourage meaningful participation and sustained behavior change. Learners gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support healthy development, build positive habits, and maintain well-being.
